The following is a list of documents required to process your application:

Employed

1. Copy of the Sale & Purchase Agreement (2 sets).
2. Copy of the Land Tiltle (if any).
3. Copy of I/C of Applicant(s) (2 sets).
4. Letter from employer confirming position and salary, number of years in service.
5. Copies of payslips (2 - 3 months).
6. Income Tax Form 'J' for past 2 -3 years.
7. Copy of EPF statement last received (if any).

Self Employed

1. Copy of the Sale & Purchase Agreement (2 sets).
2. Copy of the Land Tiltle (if any).
3. Copy of I/C of Applicant(s) (2 sets).
4. Business Registration for Business/Company
5. Income Tax Form 'J' for past 3 years.
6. Business and Personal Current Account statements for past 3 months.
7. Audited Accounts of Company for past 2 years

Refinancing (Additional Documents Required)

Copy of Housing Loan statements from existing banker.
